The Institute for Educational Leadership's (IEL) mission is to improve education, and the lives of children and their families. IEL's mission is to build the capacity of individuals, organizations, and systems—in education and related fields—to cross boundaries and work together for children and youth.

IEL’s Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP) serves high school-age youth in 12 communities around the country.
A high-tech, career-focused program, RAMP works with at-risk youth with disabilities to improve school attendance, increase career exposure, gain basic job readiness skills, and achieve their individual goals. Learn more…
